Administrative Block is a three-storeyed building from where the entire administration and the operations of the college areexecuted. It consists of the Principal’s Chamber,Office of the Treasurer, Records Room, Enquiry Section, Administrative Office, Accounts Section, Establishment Section, Exam Section, Management Office, Cooperative Store and Cooperative Society. TheBlock is fully computerized with Wi-fi facility. Students and parents can access the administrative block for inquiry, admission-related matters, fee payment, examination-related matters, etc.
It is the oldest building in the college which houses the Departments of English, Hindi, Malayalam, Economics, History, Mathematics, and Physical Education. With its spacious classrooms and sprawling verandas, this magnificent structure reflects the foundational vision of the institution.Rainwater harvesting facility is also available. English Language Laband KurumthottickalAchen Hallare also housed in the Block.
The Commerce Block is a solar-powered building that comprises the Department of Commerce, ICT-enabledair-conditionedSeminar Hall, Reading Room/Library, air-conditioned Student’s Computer Lab, and Researcher’s Computer Lab.
The Life Science Block houses the Departments of Botany and Zoology, DST-FIST Computer Laboratory, Instrumentation Room, Microbiology Laboratory, M.Sc. Laboratory, Ornamental Fish Culture Laboratory, Botany Library, Prof. George Abraham Memorial Library(Zoology Department)and Prof. T.M. Joseph Memorial Seminar Hall.
It houses the Department of Chemistry and is well-equipped with three laboratories and computer facilities. It also has rain water harvesting facility.
The Physical Science Block comprises the Department of Physics, Laboratories, Research Centre, Seminar Hall, Reading Room, etc.
